Who can applyPreference will be given to an applicant who is enrolled in Emergency Medical Technician Basic Certificate, EMT Paramedic Certificate, Emergency Services Technician, ATS Emergency Services Technician, EMT Intermediate Certificate or related programs at Owens Community College. Preference will also be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need through the appropriate forms as administered and recommended by the Owens Financial Aid Office.
