• Who can applyApplicants must be enrolled at FSU pursuing a degree or professional certification. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Applicants must be a resident of Allegany County for a period of at least three (3) full years prior to the beginning of the academic semester for which the Scholarship Award would apply. Applicants must demonstrate adequate academic progress as defined by FSU in order to remain eligible for the Scholarship.
• Who can applyThe maximum Scholarship Award to any one recipient shall not exceed the total educational cost per academic year.
