Preference for the following majors: Anthropology, Criminology, Economics, Environmental and Sustainability Studies, Geography, History, Journalism, Philosophy (Humanities), Psychology, and Sociology.
Who can applyPreference for the recipient to have graduated from a public high school in these four counties (priority order): Weld, Logan, Morgan and Washington. Preference for the recipient to be an active participant in the programming of the César Chávez Cultural Center and/or Marcus Garvey Cultural Center.
