• Who can applyinitial disbursement Qualify for the California College Promise Grant (formerly known as Board of Governors Fee Waiver) Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units during fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters (students enrolled in 12 units are eligible to receive $800 per semester, part-time students will receive a prorated scholarship) Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress. Minimum 2.0 GPA Please note: Applicant may not receive the Osher Scholarship more than 3 times.
• Who can applyActual award amount will be based on enrollment status at the time of disbursement, student must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units to be eligible. Funds are disbursed in two semesters (fall and spring of academic year).
