Who can apply1) International graduate pursuing a Masters or Ph.D. in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering within the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering at Colorado State University 2) Demonstrate interest in or commitment to Asian, Pacific Islander, or Asian American communities, including, but not limited to participation in the Asian Institute of Technology partner programs with Colorado State University 3) Preference shall be for students studying water resources, sedimentation, hydraulics or hydrology.
Who can apply4) Preference shall also be given to students with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid.
