• Who can applyChildren or grandchildren of members of the Rotary Club of Foster City are not eligible for this scholarship. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT : You will be required to submit one letter of recommendation to apply for this scholarship. The letter of recommendation must be uploaded as a pdf document.
