Personal essay/statement not to exceed two pages, 8.5 × 11 double spaced, describing; "Why you chose to attend Sacramento State, your career goals, and any hardships or obstacles you face in pursuit of your education at Sacramento State, and what are you doing to overcome those hardships?" Two letters of recommendation (note: one letter must be from a Faculty member)
