• Who can applyA scholarship fund has been established by Delray Tires and Retreading Inc. One scholarship shall be awarded to deserving Ag student based on educational promise and financial need. Recipients will be selected based on the below criteria: Applicants must have a GPA of 2.80 or higher. Applicants must be from the Central Valley (Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Stanislaus, or Tulare County). Applicants must answer the question Are you applying for scholarships based on your need for additional resources to pay for your educational cost? on the scholarship application.
• Who can applyApplicants must upload two letters of recommendation. One of these letters must come from a Fresno State professor.
