500 four year scholarships, from 1,000 to 7,500 dollars a year, for students in their final year of school. You do not need to know an Elks member and there is no income cut off, though financial need is one of the things judged. Applications close on 12 November 2026.
From 1,000 to 7,500 dollars a year for four years. In the most recent published round that was 4,000 dollars over four years for 480 runners up, and 20,000 to 40,000 over four years for the top 38.

- 1Apply through your local Elks lodgeApplications go through the lodge that covers where you live, not straight to the national foundation. Find yours early, because that lookup is the step people leave until the last week.
- 2Ask your lodge about their own award as wellMany lodges, districts and state associations give their own scholarships through the same application. Those are separate from the 500 national ones, so one application can be considered for several things.
