Thomas and Jane Fernandez have continued their educational careers, taking classes at Diablo Valley College for nearly twenty years. The scholarship has been established to encourage academic progress and success. Criteria: 3.0 GPA , financial need, DVC continuing student, enrolled in 12 or more units during the fall semester of the next academic year, majoring in business or education studies, and must have completed at least 12 units.
