Who can applyThe individual, as a high school student, must have earned a minimum grade of C or better as an overall average and must have demonstrated financial need. The recipient must be enrolled for at least twelve (12) credit hours in each semester in which the award would be made. First preference shall be given to a Dryden district student with Tompkins, Cortland, and Tioga counties to follow in that order.
