Recipients must be recent graduates of Homer Senior High School who have applied for and been accepted into one of the Business programs at Tompkins Cortland Community College.
Who can applyAs a high school student, the recipient must have earned a C or better average and have demonstrated financial need. Recipients chosen by Homer High School must be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours.
