Jack Marsh served as Senior Vice President of De Anza Bank until his retirement in 1988. Jean Marsh served as Associate Professor of Cosmetology at RCC from 1969-1998. This scholarship is awarded to a continuing Riverside City College student with 900 hours of training in the RCC Cosmetology program wishing to enhance their business related skills.
