• Who can applyThe Kelly Foundation Construction and Engineering Endowed Scholarship for the academic year 2026-2027 will be awarded to the student who meets the following eligibility criteria: •Full-time degree-seeking undergraduate student majoring in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering. •Must be a U.S. citizens, permanent resident, or international students. •Cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 at FIU or, if newly enrolled at FIU , at prior institutions attended. •Must submit a one-page statement of career goals in a 300 to 400 word essay. •Must be enrolled as a full time (12 credits) student at Florida International University in 2026-2027 academic year.

Scholarship may be renewed annually for up to three years provided that the recipient maintains the eligibility criteria and make satisfactory progress toward a degree.
